Q: Does this contain coumarin?
A: Our Ceylon Cinnamon does not contain coumarin. The reason we use Ceylon Cinnamon rather than traditional cassia cinnamon is because Ceylon Cinnamon usually contains an undetectable amount of coumarin. Most cinnamon products on the market use cassia cinnamon because it is much cheaper and easier to source. However, cassia cinnamon has high levels of coumarin which can be toxic to the liver when consumed in high dosages.

Q: Is this a true organic product? I don't see the seal.
A: The ceylon cinnamon used in this product is organic. The reason that the certified organic seal is not on the bottle is because the facility that packaged the product has not finished their organic certification process. To use the certified organic seal, the ingredients, as well as any facilities used in the bottling process have to be certified organic.

Q: Is this pure Ceylon Cinnamon?
A: Yes, this is pure Ceylon Cinnamon.

Q: Is Ceylon Cinnamon allergen free?
A: Ceylon Cinnamon is screened for Gluten, Soy, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, and Preservatives.

Q: What is Ceylon Cinnamon’s serving size?
A: Serving size: 2 veggie capsules. Servings per container: 30.
