How do I know which products are right for me?

Choosing the right products can be overwhelming. To make it easier, we’ve grouped our products by category on our website. See our categories here. You’ll notice that many of our products fall into more than one category. How long before I see results?

Results vary depending on the product and the individual. Some products start working shortly after use, while others can take a few weeks before you see real results. Your best bet is to take a product consistently, as suggested, for a period of time to let your body take in the beneficial nutrients. Although most of our customers are very happy with our products, all supplements may not work for everyone. If this is the case for you, we’ll be happy to honor our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Where do you get your ingredients?

Using the highest quality ingredients is big deal to us. We source herbs, exctracts, and other ingredients from the places they grow best. Spirulina from Southern California, collagen from Brazil, and everywhere in between. We work tirelessly to source the best ingredients for each of our products. 

Do you offer free product samples?

We don’t give out free samples, but we often have contests that let you win free products to try. For example, using the hashtag #HowIZhou on social media automatically enters you into a weekly drawing for free product. You’ll also find contest updates and other special offers on Facebook and Instagram

Are your products gluten-free?

We have a large number of gluten-free products, which are marked on the labels as "No gluten". We also offer vegan and vegetarian formulas, and many products made without major allergens – soy, milk, eggs, etc. To find specific information, look for the allergen statement on the back of our labels, easily spotted by the large "NO" in front of it.

Are your products safe?

Absolutely. At Zhou, we have a strict set of processes in place to make sure every product you buy has the right strength, composition, purity, and quality of ingredients. Safety is our number one priority.

Beyond Zhou’s own set of standards, we follow all industry regulations. Many people think that the supplement industry is unregulated, but that is simply untrue. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) carefully regulates the manufacturing processes, safety of ingredients, and marketing practices for all nutritional supplements. In addition, a number of independent organizations have set up additional quality and testing standards that exceed FDA standards. Zhou Nutrition is active in several of these programs and follows standards that often go well beyond what’s required.

How are dietary supplements regulated?

All supplements fall under the FDA, which regulates their production, marketing, and sale.

  1.       All manufacturing facilities are regularly inspected by the FDA and must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), which cover everything from verification of raw materials to product testing and labeling

  2.       All marketing claims made by the manufacturer are closely monitored to make sure no product claims to cure or treat any disease or its symptoms

  3.       Any new ingredient must be submitted to the FDA for review and approval before it can be used in a supplement

  4.       If an ingredient is thought to be harmful, the FDA must decide if a) safety warnings need to be included on the label, or b) the ingredient should be banned and taken off the market.

Can your products be used by children?

We’re flattered you like our products enough to share them with your little ones, but we don’t recommend it. Our supplements are designed with the specific needs of adults in mind, using clinical research and safety data for adults, not children. We recommend children and teens meet their dietary needs by eating a well-balanced diet.

Refunds

How do I get my money back?

At Zhou, we make it easy with our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which covers both open and unopened products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product, simply write us at customerservice@zhounutrition.com within 60 days of purchase, and add “Refund Request” to the subject line. In your email, please include 1) a brief explanation of why you’re unhappy, and 2) your order #. You’ll get your money back within a few days.

To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be made directly from Zhou Nutrition on Amazon, Walmart.com, Jet.com, or from our website ZhouNutrition.com. If you have purchased a Zhou Nutrition product from another website or a retail location, please contact them directly for order related issues.
