Q:  I don't feel any differences. Why isn't this product working for me?
A:  We’re sorry to hear that you aren’t experiencing the results you’d like from euro-Peak. While you may not “feel” a difference right away, it’s important to know that if you want to experience results, you need to be taking it daily and consistently. Neuro-Peak is designed to be most effective when a full bottle is consumed regularly over 30 days. If usage is stopped, results will start to diminish since you are no longer supplying your body with the cognitive-boosting ingredients.

Q: Energy+Focus or Neuro-Peak?
A: Neuro-Peak and Energy+Focus go really well together because the ingredients complement each other and there isn't any overlap in the formulas. Here's a review from a customer who takes the two together: "I take Neuro-Peak along with the Energy + Focus pills and I feel like my brain is firing on all four-cylinders! Awesome! My recall of facts has gone up noticeably within a few days."

Q: Can I combine Calm Now with Neuro-Peak? They have similar ingredients
A: While Calm Now and Neuro-Peak both contain Bacopa and Rhodiola, they are safe and effective when taken together. The total Bacopa dose would be 500mg which is still well within the acceptable range, and the total Rhodiola dose would be 250mg which is also a very safe and effective dose.

Q: Can you explain the ingredients in the new Neuro-Peak formula?
A: DMAE – DMAE is a mind health compound, precursor to Choline and Acetylcholine (neurotransmitters), supporting memory and focus
N-Acetyl L-Carnitine – ALCAR improves mental energy levels while promoting healthy brain function as we age. This ingredient is designed to penetrate the blood-brain barrier which will support the brain. ALCAR may help support memory, mental energy, and concentration.
Glutamine – may support memory and concentration by helpy the body to eliminate cellular toxins. Elimination of cell toxin may help increase concentration and may support both long-term and short-term memory.
PS – PS supports healthy brain cells and brain function. Dietary supplementation can support memory, concentration, coordination and even mood. As we age, supplementation may support brain activity.
Ginkgo Biloba – for thousands of years, leaves from the Ginkgo biloba tree have been a common cognitive treatment in Chinese medicine. It was believed to aid memory and improve thinking. Ginkgo supports blood flow to the brain and acts as an antioxidant.
Vinpocetine – believed to improve blood flow to the brain, it is used for supporting memory.
Bacopa Monnieri – supplementation may help with occasional anxiety.

Q: Why the change in formula?
A: Simply put, even though we have thousands of happy customers, some ingredients in the previous Neuro-Peak formula were not able to be taken with certain common conditions and medications.

We gave our team of experts the challenge to formulate something even better for our customers to boost memory, focus, clarity, and overall optimal mental performance- and they did not disappoint! The most exciting upgrade is the addition of Rhodiola Rosea Extract. This amazing herb not only promotes increased cognitive functioning, but also supports decreased mental fatigue and a positive mood. Based on the new dynamic and synergies that introducing a new ingredient creates, the original ingredients have been carefully adjusted so that there is no more and no less than what your mind needs for maximum results. The New Neuro-Peak makes it easier than ever to conquer projects without feeling “burnt out” or occasionally “down”, giving you a clear mental edge to conquer whatever the day may bring!

Q: What is the source of the Phosphatidylserine?
A: It’s derived from plant sources. Specifically, soy lecithin.

Q: Is Neuro-Peak allergen free?
A: Neuro-Peak is screened for Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, and Wheat.

Q: Why so much B-12?
A: There is no upper limit that has been established for Vitamin B-12 because of its low potential for toxicity and the Institute of Medicine states that "no adverse effects have been associated with excess vitamin B12 intake from food and supplements in healthy individuals".

We feel very comfortable with the dosage of B-12 in Neuro-Peak and we wouldn't have included it if we had any reservations about the amount. I definitely understand your concerns and I applaud you for taking your health seriously. The B-12 in this formula is mainly included for energy (as an alternative to caffeine) while the other ingredients have been included to support attention, memory and focus.

Q: Is it vegetarian?
A: No, Neuro Peak is not vegetarian, it uses a gelatin capsule.

Q: Is it gluten-free?
A: Yes, Neuro-Peak is gluten-free.

Q: Is it similar to adderall?
A: Neuro-Peak is not similar to adderall or other ADHD medications. Neuro-Peak is a dietary supplement while adderall is a prescription drug. Adderall is a controlled substance and highly regulated because it is considered an amphetamine and there can be serious side effects involved. Neuro-Peak is a dietary supplement that includes natural, safe ingredients designed to support cognitive health, memory & focus.

Q: Is Neuro-Peak kosher?
A: Our current formula contains gelatin which is generally not considered kosher.

Q: I noticed the bottle has a soy allergen warning. How much soy is present?
A: The raw material is derived from soy is Phosphatidylserine(PS).
Neuro-Peak contains 100mg of PS. PS is derived from a high-grade soy lecithin. Through the manufacturing process, there is virtually no soy left BUT because soy was the starting material we have to disclose per the FDA's requirements.

Q: How much phosphatidylserine is in each capsule?
A: 100mg of phosphatidylserine 20% yields 20mg of active phosphatidylserine.

Q: Why was St. John's Wort removed from new formula?
A: We decided to remove St. John's Wort because there are quite a few common prescription medications (such as antidepressants and birth control) that can interact with St.John's Wort. We had many people who wanted to use the formula but couldn't because of this potential interaction. We are really excited about the new formula because of the addition of Rhodiola Rosea which is an ingredient which may support cognitive function.

We also increased the dosages of Bacopa, phosphatidylserine and ginkgo biloba to increase the effectiveness of the formula. We didn't take the decision to improve the formula lightly but we are really excited about the upgrades we made. We have gotten some really great feedback about the new formula from long-time Neuro-Peak users.

Q: I don't feel it working. Why not?
A: I'm sorry to hear that you aren't experiencing the results you were expecting from Neuro-Peak. While you may not "feel" it working right away, it's important to know that if you are taking it consistently, you are allowing the ingredients to build up in your system. Allowing the ingredients to build up will give you the greatest overall benefit from this formula.

Q: Does it have long-term effect or the next week after you finished them the effect will be lost?
A: Neuro-Peak is formulated to work better and better over time as long as it is consistently taken. If usage is stopped, results will start to diminish since you are no longer supplying your body with the cognitive-boosting ingredients.

Q: Why do you use cyanocobalamin rather than methylcobalamin?
A: Cyanocobalamin is safe for consumption. Low levels of cyanide are naturally-occurring in healthy foods like almonds, spinach, sprouts, and apples. The insignificant amount of cyanide (approximately 10mcg) yielded from 500mcg of Vitamin B12 is far less than levels of cyanide that many people safely consume every day in healthy foods like the ones I mentioned. To reach a toxic level of cyanide, you would need to ingest 12,000 capsules of Neuro-Peak in a short period of time.

Q: What’s the purpose of the ingredient Bacopa Monnieri?
A: It’s an herb commonly used in Ayurveda to help support concentration and mental clarity. Like Rhodiola Rosea, it’s considered an adaptogen that helps soothe occasional stress.

Q: What’s the purpose of Neuro Peak?
A: Neuro-Peak is designed to provide key nutrients for an active, healthy brain; help support areas associated with memory, focus and the ability to learn; and have a supportive effect on the brain.
