No purchase is necessary to receive the Zhou Nutrition free product.
How to Enter
Complete the form on the entry website and a unique, one-time code will be sent to the entered email. Using this code at the checkout, a 100% discount will be applied to the order of the one (1) product, quantity one (1), that was selected on the entry website. If more than one (1) product and/or quantity of one (1) is added to the cart, the order will be canceled after it is submitted. The entrant is responsible for all shipping costs. Free product will be mailed, ground shipping, to the address listed on the form. Each address and/or household is limited to one free product. Repeat entries will not be accepted. Entries must be received before 11:59 pm PST on December 31, 2022.
This giveaway may be presented in conjunction with different offers sponsored or co-sponsored by Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners, and may be presented in conjunction with offers sponsored by different organizations.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, delayed, corrupted, non-delivered or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any computer systems, servers, providers, hardware or software, lost or unavailable network connections, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or loss of entry information, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or any other human or technical errors of any kind, or any combination of any of the foregoing. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail provider or for insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Giveaway should a virus, bug, entrant fraud or misconduct, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, in Sponsor’s determination, corrupt the administration, integrity, security or proper operation of the Giveaway. Entry times will be determined using Sponsor’s computer, which will be the official clock for the Giveaway. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted, and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the free product, an entrant must complete the entry form. The giveaway is open to current legal residents of the United States, age 18 years and older. Shipments can only be made to the continental US. Void elsewhere and where prohibited.
Current employees of Sponsor, or Sponsor’s affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies involved in this giveaway, as well as members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households of any of the foregoing, are NOT eligible to enter or this giveaway.
General Terms
By completing this entry form entrant agrees to receive marketing materials from Zhou Nutrition at the e-mail addresses provided in the entry form. Also by completing the entry form, entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and agents, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of sample kit items. Entrant assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this giveaway or use or use or consumption of any Zhou Nutrition item included in the giveaway. It is the responsibility of the entrant to read all label directions and ingredient statements to check for allergens. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway.
