Can I take this while taking Gut Guru? Thank you!
Hi Jessica! It shouldn’t be a problem, they both have a low dose of bacillus coagulans. If you are concerned, we recommend starting slow and maybe only take one gummy for a day or two and then move up to taking the 2 gummy dose.  That way, if you have a sensitive stomach, you are easing into it.
Do I take a pill before every meal?
We recommend taking one capsules per day before a meal.
