What is the total amount of iodine per serving (including that from the listed 150mcg iodine plus the iodine contained in bladderwrack and kelp)?
Hello! Unfortunately, since the iodine is naturally occurring in those ingredients, we are unable to give any specific amounts.
When should I take these? With Levothyroxine you have to wait 4 hours before taking any supplements that have calcium in them and 30-60 minutes before eating breakfast, so is it best to take after lunch or dinner?
